SME Telecom Pack

Material List:

1x IP Phone AT640 for the Switchboard. This IP Phone allows to view at all time the status of all the Co-workers IP Phone (busy or available). The Switchboard Operator knows hence at all time which Co-worker is available to take the call.

1x contact center software for the switchboard desktop. DialApplet Corporation allows to display the status of all Co-workers IP Phone, facilitates call transfers with a click on screen to connect people, also on an incoming call a popup window appears and displays customer information fetched inside the company CRM database (CRM server configuration is not part of this service).

8x IP Phones AT620 for Co-workers. These IP Phones allow up to two simultaneous calls, local directory of 500 numbers, LED for voicemail, three-way conference call. (More info on the product webpage).

1x Asterisk IPPBX IP04 with two FXO and two FXS. This Asterisk server manages all company calls, allows transfers, conferences, voicemails, follow-me... (More info on the product webpage).

Optional :

All IP Phones with POE feature. This option allows IP Phone to operate without their power supply. One POE network switch is compulsory.

1x POE network switch. This device is delivered if the option is selected. This device connects all IP Phones and delivers Power Over Ethernet.

SMEPACK : Configuration of all devices. With this option, all your devices are configured before beeing delivered to your company's office. Once unpacked and connected, your solution will be operational.

Service Specific Terms and Conditions

In addition of the General Terms and Conditions the following Specific Terms and Conditions apply:

If configuration option "SMEPACK" is not ordered, Alsacecom will proceed with a single delivery of the devices to the postal address specified in the Proforma Invoice.

If configuration option "SMEPACK" is ordered, Alsacecom will provide a scope of work that summarizes all information required for the device configuration. Customer commits himsef to fill a technical questionnaire allowing this configuration. The scope of work is then sent in electronic format to the Customer for acceptance. Once the scope of work is validated, Alsacecom will proceed with the configuration and delivery of the devices to the postal address specified in the Proforma Invoice.

The "SMEPACK" configuration service doesn't include physical installation of the devices. Customer is responsible for the unpacking and physical installation of the devices. A specific physical installation service can be ordered in addition to this service.
If the network switch is not ordered, the Customer commits himself to order one (or more) via his own sales channels. Without this network device, it is specified to the Customer that the SME Telecom Pack solution won't be operational.
The ATxxxP IP Phone series have the POE feature allowing to be powered via the network. No power supply is necessary with this option. It is specified to the Customer that a network switch with POE capability is necessary for this mode. Without it, IP Phones will need their own power supply.
Payment conditions of the service imply full payment before the SME Telecom Pack is executed.
