for the Switchboard. This IP Phone allows to view at all time the
status of all the Co-workers IP Phone (busy or available). The
Switchboard Operator knows hence at all time which Co-worker is
available to take the call.
- 1x contact center software for the switchboard desktop. DialApplet
Corporation allows to display the status of all Co-workers IP Phone,
facilitates call transfers with a click on screen to connect
people, also on an incoming call a popup window appears
and displays customer information fetched inside the company
CRM database (CRM server configuration is not part of this service).
- 8x IP Phones AT620
for Co-workers. These IP Phones allow up to two simultaneous calls,
local directory of 500 numbers, LED for voicemail, three-way

- 1x Asterisk IPPBX IP04 with two FXO and two FXS.
This Asterisk server manages all company calls, allows transfers,
conferences, voicemails, follow-me... (More info on the product
webpage).

IP Phones with POE feature. This option allows IP Phone to operate
without their power supply. One POE network switch is compulsory.

POE network switch. This device is delivered if the option is selected.
This device connects all IP Phones and delivers Power Over Ethernet.

: Configuration of all devices. With this option, all your devices are
configured before beeing delivered to your company's office. Once
unpacked and connected, your solution will be operational.
