1.
Alsacecom
warranty applies to the first buyer of the product. Alsacecom warrants
that the product will fulfil its principal designed functions in
accordance with the written documentation for twelve (12) months from
the date of receipt against any manufacturing or operating defect
without prejudice to any applicable consumer protection legislation.

The warranty applies only to the possible failures during the twelve (12) month period after the date of receipt.
3.
In order to save the shipping cost of returning products, only the defective units should be returned back to Alsacecom without any accessories.
4.
The
Customer shall return the failed product only after validation of
Alsacecom after-sale service staff.
Will be verified the warranty period, the failure and origin of the
product. A declaration of the failure needs to be made via the Return
Material Authorization (RMA) form
available online at alsacecom.fr under the support link.
The declaration must be done eight (8) days after its finding. The
complete
description of the problem is compulsory. In the declaration of
failure, the Customer will ask for the return of the product. Once
Alsacecom has authorized the return, the Customer is able to send the
product during the period provided.
5.
Alsacom can verify the warranty validity under thirty (30) days after receiving the product.
6.
It
is required that customers provide prepaid freight and insurance.
Shipped products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during
transit. After receiving of the returned defective unit, we will
finish repairing within two (2) months and will send back the repaired unit
to the customer.
7.
The
warranty is granted exclusively to the buyer (Alsacecom's customer) and
is not transferable. Le reseller can not engage the warranty on behaf
of Alsacecom.
8.
Warranty rights are lost in the following cases:
a) If the product has been open or has been repaired by an non authorized company or by the Customer himself.
b) If
Alsacecom deems that after verification of the product that dommages
are consecutive to a bad utilization or bad handling. Verification
fees will be applied to the Customer at the fixed price of fifty (50)
Euros.
c) Products
out of warranty will be repaired exclusively at Customer expense. In
case of no warranty, Alsacecom will inform the Customer.
9.
In
case of no warranty, the buyer will have no right to claim damages. In
every case, Alsacecom responsibility is limited to the value of the
product.
10. Information provided on each product description is the one communicated to Alsacecom by its suppliers. Alsacecom will make its best effort to have the closest picture representation of the product on its web site. However, because of the limitation of the presentation mode on Internet, it is possible that the impression of the customer is not exactly the way the product is.
11. In case the product delivered to the customer is not compliant with the order, the customer is able to return the product to Alsacecom by following the process described on alsacecom.fr following the support and rma links. The Customer shall be able to ask Alsacecom:
a) Either to be delivered the identical product ordered, subject to availability;
b) Either to be delivered a product with the equivalent quality and price, subject to availability;
c) Either to be refunded of the price of the product ordered within thirty (30) days after the customer request.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of France. In the event of any doubt or disagreement about its interpretation or effects, the only competent authority will be the Strasbourg , France Court of Justice. Both parties expressly renounce any other jurisdiction or venue that may correspond to them. Every order implies that the Customer agrees and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
